Om Namah Bhagavate Vasudevaya

Om Sri Paramatman Namah

WISE YOGA (IV)

Summary of the Fourth Speech:

Lord Krishna declares that he was born from year to year, in order to raise man to the highest position. Whenever there is an increase of injustice and the world is ruled by the forces of darkness, the Lord will manifest himself to destroy these wicked festivals and to establish peace, order, and harmony. So we see the emergence of the great saviors of the world.

What is the secret of Yogic action? This continues the Lord to explain to Arjuna. Even if a person does not engage in an act, but if the mind works in the sense of hypocrisy and selfishness, it means an act of inactivity. On the other hand, even though you are involved in a lot of physical activity, if the agency's view is not there, if one feels that Prakrit does everything, it does not work. The liberated man has no attachments and remains calm and quiet even though he works endlessly. He is not affected by pairs of arguments such as happiness and sorrow, success and failure.

He who is truly united with the Lord is not born again. You get immortality. Such a union can only be achieved when a person has no attachment, fear and anger, completely cleansed by relevant information. The Lord accepts the devotion of all, whatever means they may use to approach Him.

Different kinds of sacrifices were made by those who participated in the way to God. Through these sacrifices the mind is cleansed and led to God. Here, too, there should be a spirit of non-compliance with the fruits of action.

The wisdom of God, according to Sri Krishna, should be sought at the feet of the liberated Gugu, who has found the Truth. The person who wishes to seek should approach such a person in a spirit of humility and devotion. God Himself manifests in Gugu's heart and instructs the reader. After understanding the Truth from Gugu with a precise and accurate understanding the job seeker is no longer deceived by ignorance.

The freed desires look directly at all creatures and all creatures in the Self. He sees through the inner experience or feeling that all creatures, from the Creator to the grasshopper, exist in Him and in God.

Arjuna is given a very reassuring assurance that the wisdom of God frees even the most sinful. When the knowledge of the Self begins, all the actions that have its consequences are burned by the fire of that knowledge, just as gasoline is burned with fire. Where there is no concept of egoism, where there is no desire for the fruits of human actions, actions are not actions. They lose their power.

To acquire godly wisdom, a person must have strong faith and devotion. So faith is an essential element of spiritual pursuits. The skeptical mind is always diverted to the right path. Faith in the end gives divine knowledge, which removes eternal ignorance.

Mental knowledge alone does not lead to freedom. It cannot give man complete peace and freedom. Once a person has gained full control and self-control, when he has strong faith and devotion, then the knowledge of the truth begins within and he is free and free from all weaknesses and sins.

The Lord concludes by emphasizing that the skeptical soul is doomed to destruction. Without faith in himself, in the writings and in the words of the narrator, man cannot make a certain spiritual path. It no doubt prevents one from associating with the spiritual Sadhana and recognizing the higher knowledge and happiness. By following Gugu's precepts and by rendering an honest service, man's doubts are broken and divine knowledge manifests itself on the inside. Spiritual progress and rapid progress.

Sri Bhagavaan Uvaacha:

Imam vivaswate yogam proktavaan aham avyayam;

Vivaswaan controls praaha manur ikshwaakave'braveet.

The Blessed Lord said:

1. I taught this incorruptible Yoga to Vivasvan; he told Manu; Manu announced Ikshvaku.

*** SRIMODBHAGAVAD GITA

Evam paramparaa praaptam imam raajarshayo viduh;

Sa kaaleneha mahataa yogo nashtah parantapa.

2. This, given thus in the usual order, the royal scholars knew. This Yoga, in the long run, is lost here, O Parantapa (burner of enemies)!

NOTE: Royalists were kings at the same time who had divine knowledge. They also studied Yoga.

***

Sa evaayam mayaa te'dya yogah proktah puraatanah;

UBhakto'si me sakhaa cheti rahasyam hyetad uttamam.

3. That ancient Yoga was taught by me today, for you are my servant and my friend; it is a great secret.

NOTE: This ancient Yoga contains deep and subtle teachings. It is therefore a great secret that the Lord revealed to Arjuna.

Arjuna Uvaacha:

Aparam bhavato janma param janma vivaswatah;

Katham etadvijaaneeyaam twam aadau proktavaan iti.

Arjuna said:

4. Later Your birth, and before that was the birth of Vivasvan (the Sun); How can I understand that you taught this Yoga in the first place?

***

Sri Bhagavaan Uvaacha:

Bahooni me vyateetaani janmaani tava chaarjuna;

Taanyaham veda sarvaani na twam vettha parantapa.

The Blessed Lord said:

5. Many of My Passes have passed, and yours, O Arjuna! I know them all but you do not know, O Parantapa!

***

Ajo'pi sannavyayaatmaa bhootaanaam eeshwaro'pi san;

Prakritim swaam adhishthaaya sambhavaamyaatmamaayayaa.

6. Though I have not been born and am incorruptible, and though I am Lord of all men, yet, I control My own Creation, I am born of my own Maya.

*** SRIMODBHAGAVAD GITA

Yadaa yadaa hi dharmasya glaanir bhavati bhaarata;

Abhyutthaanam adharmasya tadaatmaanam srijaamyaham.

7. In the event of a decline of righteousness, Arjuna, and the rise of unrighteousness, I reveal myself!
