SRIMODBHAGAVAD GITA
Om Namah Bhagavate Vasudevaya
Om Sri Paramatman Namah
YOGA Glory to God (X)
Summary of the Tenth Speech:
Krishna tells Arjuna that even the Devas and the most transformed souls fail to understand how he treats himself as the world and all its manifestations. He goes on to describe the various qualities that characterize the creatures according to their Karmas. All these qualities — wisdom, truth, satisfaction, etc. - They come from Him.
The true devotees of the Lord enter into Him completely. They are completely devoted to Him and with a single sense of devotion are empowered to discriminate, the prejudice that leads them to the unreal to the Reality. Krishna emphasizes that ignorance is destroyed and that knowledge is acquired only through Divine Grace.
Arjuna accepts the revelation of the Most High in human form, but desires to know from the Lord Himself His omnipotent power that controls the various powers of the earth. The Lord describes His divine majesty, bringing within Arjuna an understanding of His infinite manifestation, and how He supports all. In short, the Lord is the Almighty who creates, sustains and destroys everything.
